Quick answer: TiviMate is an IPTV player app — it does not provide channels or subscriptions. TiviMate IPTV is an independent IPTV subscription service whose content you can watch in TiviMate and other compatible players.

What is TiviMate IPTV?
TiviMate IPTV is an IPTV subscription service. It gives you access to live TV, movies, series and sports content that you watch through a compatible IPTV player app, such as TiviMate. We are an independent service and are not the developer of the TiviMate app.
What is TiviMate?
TiviMate is a third-party IPTV player application, mainly used on Android TV and Fire TV devices. It is developed by its own independent developer. It organises channels, shows a TV guide and plays streams — but it does not include any channels or content by itself.
Does TiviMate provide channels itself?
No. TiviMate is only a player. To watch anything in it, you add content access from a separate IPTV subscription — for example, a TiviMate IPTV subscription from us. The player and the subscription are two different products from two different parties.
Is TiviMate an IPTV provider?
No. TiviMate is an IPTV player application, not an IPTV provider. It does not sell subscriptions or supply content. IPTV providers — such as our TiviMate IPTV service — supply the content access, which you then load into a player like TiviMate. Our service is independent and is not operated by or affiliated with the TiviMate developer.
What is an IPTV subscription?
An IPTV subscription gives you access to TV content delivered over the internet instead of through a satellite dish or cable. You receive login details that you enter into an IPTV player, which then loads the available channels and on-demand content.
How does the service work?
Choose a plan, send your order via our contact page (it opens WhatsApp), and receive your subscription details once the order is confirmed. You then enter those details in a compatible IPTV player and start watching.

How do I choose a plan?
All plans include the same service; only the duration differs. Current prices are: 1 Month — €20, 3 Months — €35, 6 Months — €45, 12 Months — €65. Longer plans have a lower price per month, with the 12-month plan offering the lowest monthly cost.
What happens after ordering?
After you send your order through WhatsApp, we confirm the details with you, including how to complete the order. Once confirmed, you receive your subscription details privately, along with guidance for setting up your player.

Which devices can I use?
IPTV subscriptions can be used on many devices, including Android TV, Fire TV, smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, Windows and Mac — as long as a compatible IPTV player is available. Compatibility may vary by device and app.
How do I set up an IPTV subscription?
Install a compatible IPTV player, choose the option to add a playlist, and enter the subscription details you received, exactly as provided. The player then loads your channels and, where supported, the TV guide.
Can I use IPTV on Android TV?
Yes, Android TV and Google TV devices are among the most common ways to watch IPTV. TiviMate is designed for these devices and is generally available from the Google Play Store on them, alongside other compatible players. App availability can still vary by device model and region.
Can I use IPTV on a Smart TV?
Often, yes. Many Samsung, LG and other smart TVs offer IPTV player apps in their app stores, though the choice depends on the brand, model and region. TiviMate itself is not available on Samsung or LG TVs, so an external Android TV or Fire TV device is a common alternative.
Can I use IPTV on a Firestick?
Fire TV devices run a version of Android, so many IPTV players, including TiviMate, can be used on them. App availability on Fire TV can change, so check that your preferred player is available on your model.
Can I use IPTV on Android?
Yes, Android phones, tablets and Android TV devices have a wide choice of IPTV players in the Google Play Store. On TV devices TiviMate is a popular option; on phones, a touch-friendly player is usually more comfortable.
Can I use IPTV on iPhone or iPad?
Yes, through third-party IPTV player apps from the App Store that accept M3U playlists or Xtream Codes logins. TiviMate is not available on iOS, so you would use another compatible player.

What is EPG?
EPG stands for Electronic Programme Guide — the on-screen TV guide that shows what is on now and next. Guide data is provided for supported channels and is displayed by players that support EPG, such as TiviMate.
Can I watch sports?
The service includes sports content where available, covering categories such as football, basketball, boxing, UFC and motorsport. Specific channels and events vary and are not guaranteed.
